Founded in 1987, CEPIEC is a state-owned publications importer and exporter, part of the China Education Publishing & Media Group Ltd. CEPIEC remains committed to education and educational research.

CEPIEC is mainly engaged in the import and export of books, periodicals and digital resources. As well as our main business, we have developed copyright business, engaged in international book fairs, and initiated the China Shanghai International Children’s Book Fair (CCBF).

In response to the digital era, CEPIEC advanced a program focused on digital products, developing digital resource platforms such as iResearch, iText, PPV, and a diverse and customized academic service for our clients.
